How the “Who Am I” Program Works

Daily, throughout the month-long duration of the program, you will receive a short video ranging from 15-30 minutes. Each video will either feature a specific exercise, a meditation, or both.

Meditation helps you reach a state of calm and relaxation, making it easier to understand your thoughts and feelings more clearly, thus facilitating your development process.

The exercises help you gain a deeper understanding of your inner self.

During the program, we will have a weekly live meeting via Zoom, where we will discuss the key insights you’ve gained. You will also have the opportunity to interact directly with the program coach, Basma Al Hashimi, if you have any questions or need guidance on certain exercises and lessons.

These meetings continue for 3 months from your start date in the program, allowing the coach to see and hear you even after you finish the program and guide you in the way that suits you best, so you can continue the process of development and change you wish to implement in your life.

In this part, we will delve deeper into the inner world that operates in our minds and how your thoughts, emotions, and reactions fundamentally shape your life story. In the "Who Am I" program, there are simple and easy exercises. The exercises in this section increase your awareness of how your mind and body work and help you develop both your mental and physical health. Diverse lessons to explore your inner world. Simple, practical exercises that help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and provide you with the easiest and most effective path to change what doesn’t serve you in your life. Simple meditations to help you easily access your inner world and assist you in the healing process, God willing.

After delving into how your inner world functions, in this part you will learn how you have shaped the life story you are currently living, the various factors that contributed to forming your personality and life outcomes, and by the end of this part, you will be prepared to embark on the change you are aiming to achieve.
